I just recently started to use MS To-Do and also discovered that not all flagged email messaged make it to the To Do list. My issue appears to be related to the limitation pointed out by the moderator that there is a 30 day limit to the flagged emails that will appear in To Do. So, if I'm understanding this correctly, the To Do app will just drop any task associated with a flagged email that is older than 30 days??? Many tasks can easily exceed 30 days, and it is these very delayed tasks that you don't want to lose track of. Can this 30 day limit be modified? It seems arbitrarily low. If the limit can't be modified, I may not be able to use To-Do app in the way I had intended. Is there a way to "refresh" the expiration date of the older email? Will To-Do given any notice of flagged emails that will be deleted? Is it just me, or is this a gaping limitation in what could be an outstanding product. Please, someone, help me understand.
Tasks and Flagged Emails not showing in my "To Do" list in Outlook
Over the last few months, even though I have 50+ flagged emails and even more tasks, the number showing in my todos varies hugely. When I checked this morning, I had 2 tasks showing and no emails flagged. Now I have 47 tasks and 12 emails. Occasionally when restart Outlook, both show the full amount, but it's not always the case and is inconvenient to restart in the middle of working.
Any advice/support gratefully received!

2024-04-30T18:00:01+00:00 I'm having a similar issue that just started last week. Everything was working properly before then. My newly flagged emails from Outlook suddenly stopped appearing in the To Do app. It's across all platforms, browser, desktop app, and Android app. It's a huge problem because I flag my emails and then file them in their appropriate folder and count on the to-do list to remind me when I need to take action on them.

2024-06-18T12:43:51+00:00 Yes, my company just updated to this new version and I did not know that anything from 30 days or older would not longer be visible. I just lost so much important data I was tracking. Please address this.

2024-07-09T06:49:50+00:00 Microsoft, please fix this ASAP. I am using ToDos to keep track of my flagged emails, and today I see 64 flagged email in the MacOS ToDo app, in Chrome and Edge Browser I only see 32 (!!).
The other week it was the opposite - the MacOS To Do App did not show all of the flagged emails.
I cannot work with a ToDo list that does not show all of my items. This is basic functionality, fix it, please.
