How do I set multiple Outlook calendar reminders for a meeting series?

I have a weekly meeting series set in Outlook. The default reminder notification is set to 15 minutes. I would like to also add reminders both 24 hours in advance and 24 hours after the meeting to remind me to create the meeting agenda/meeting minutes. How do I do this?

I saw multiple replies that they only have one option for the version they are using.

    I have the same issue.

The only solutions I could come up with is to set it for longest reminder that I would use and then snooze it accordingly when the reminder popped up in Outlook.

Ie - set for 1 hour, then snooze for 30 minutes, then snooze for 15 then snooze for 5 minutes before meeting

Not the most elegant solutions, but I use the tools I have.

    Have a great day.

I use the Windows 365 Outlook desktop app and it doesn’t allow for more than one reminder when you create or edit a meeting. If you open Outlook in you web browser (I use chrome) and double click on a created meeting to open it up, you’ll see the little clock with the one reminder that you can setup from the desktop app, 15 before is the standard. If you select the drop down, there is a “Add email reminder” selection where you can add reminders for you or all attendees with an optional reminder message. It appears you can add as many reminders you want and pick standard times or customize to specific times.

It’s an inelegant solution but it does work. Sigh.

Which begs the question of why not abandon MS? I’m close to switching back to Google. Even answering this note required confusing sign in exercise.

Yes! If it's important, I will send an invite to my Google calendar, where I can add additional reminders.

    Hi De Paul,

I am also trying to work out if there is a way to customise the reminders, particularly in recurring events I am trying to set a reminder by email or notification for the Monday of the week prior for example. The custom time seems to be the only way to get a reminder longer than a week out, but the customer reminder doesn't allow me to keep a reminder for all the events in the series.
