I understand how concerning it can be to lose emails unexpectedly
Follow this steps to
Sign in to outlook.com on the web
Confirm your emails are not missing
Check Deleted Items Folder:
First, sign in to your Outlook account.
Look for the “Deleted Items” folder on the left-hand side menu.
If your emails were accidentally deleted, they might still be there. You can restore them by selecting the email and clicking “Restore.”
Recover Deleted Items:
Sometimes, emails are permanently deleted from the Deleted Items folder.
In Outlook, right-click on “Deleted Items” and choose “Recover deleted items.”
Use the search function to locate the deleted email, select it, and click “Recover.”
Check Junk Email Folder:
If you suspect an email was marked as spam, check the “Junk Email” folder.
Select the email and mark it as “Not Junk” if necessary.
Confirm there is no suspicious login attempt on your account
Confirm no forwarding rule setup on your account if yes delete the rules
Confirm your recent activity and that no unknown device is connected to your account.
