Generally,How can I start using microsoft azure ?
Do I need to buy a product like a office 365?
For example,
I use a M.S authenticater app, and
Azure content is displayed on the app display.
But I didn't apply and buy Azure before.
I don't know why Azure content is displayed.

because
MS Japan's help desk person adviced me to confirm my status like contract with MS somedays ago.
and there might be something wrong to effect my status if I don't follow what he says.
But MS japan assistants adviced me something like this till now,my troublesome isn't solved at all.
What should I do ?

But I don't belong to any company now.

I see. Well, from what I remember, the content of the MS authenticator app is depending on invited once accepted.
I also am not sure why this is visible and why it says to be Azure-related. This is because Azure is a platform provider, normally working behind the scenes.
If you have a helpdesk at your company, perhaps these are able to support your question.
Perhaps if you have more details on how this Azure Content is named/presented, others can guide you in the right direction.

in fact,I haven't followed the steps yet.
Actually,I can't understand your indication partly in my case,so I haven't followed.
For example,
1,I went to settings on my phone.→ done.
2,tap my Account→done.
3,work account
→one account only is displayed.
so,I don't have any selections to be deleate.
due to No,3step's meaning,I can't get forward to.
I wonder if it depends on the model of the phone?

Could you please confirm if you have followed the below steps?
Go to Settings on your Phone --> Account --> Work Accounts --> Delete the account you wish to delete
Open MS Authenticator App, and refresh the page. Your "Evil Account (Greyed Out)" will be deleted.
