Teams: Blank white screen on start up

Two brand new Windows 11 computers in a row won't open Teams. I click Teams to open and I get a blank screen. I can't do anything with it. Have to force quit with Task Manager. Teams has never run before, so there's no "corrupted cache" or anything like that. I tried deleting and reinstalling. Nothing. Same blank white screen. Other people have this issue. Teams works great on my Windows 10 desktop. Help!

    Hi @ScottJernigan-3157

If you run the following C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Teams\current\Teams.exe --disable-gpu to start Teams, would it help with this issue?

    Hi @ScottJernigan-3157,

You could clear the Teams cache even if the program has nerver run before.

After the clearing process, reinstall the software.

I troubleshoot on the same issue as well.

So far I have tried clearing cache folder, reset the Teams app, reinstalled, updated the registry and reset network IP/DNS. None of these work UNTIL I REPAIR EDGE IN PROGRAMS & FEATURES.

Repairing Edge will also update the Web2Runtime that used in Microsoft Teams. 100% this fix will work.
