What is the part of your address after the @ sign?

If its an outlook.com, hotmail, live, or msn address - everything in new Outlook will be in Outlook on the web.

If you are not using an outlook.com account in new Outlook, you won't have the mail available in outlook.com on the web. That is only for outlook.com email addresses.

    Dear Diane,

    This is kind of you and explains everything! I use Outlook on my Windows PC to pick up my BT Internet Mail - but now I see why it will not synch with the mail on the Chromebook. Many Chromebook Mail Apps fall short so now I will use BT Mail on the web. (Funnily enough a recent revamp has given it a feel of new Outlook!).

    Oh how I wish it was that easy? Thanks for the help and links but all I get is an annoying page saying "you are done for the day!" Geoff

    To sync all emails in new outlook across to a chromebook.

    Open your browser on the Chromebook. Go to Outlook.com and sign in with the same account. You’ll have access to your Outlook emails directly from the web version.
