I know I will be in a different time zone at specific dates. I would like to set meetings in this different time zone, while keeping all the rest in my home timezone. How can I set outlook event in a different time zone?

Yhanks,

Efrat

Point 3: the "Time Zone button" appears only after searching in the appointment's window.

    Thanks,

    Efrat

    Hello Efrat,

    Hope this finds you well.

To set an Outlook event in a different time zone, you can follow these steps:

    1. Open Outlook and go to the Calendar view.
    2. Click on the New Appointment button to create a new event.
    3. In the Appointment window, click on the Time Zone button in the Options section.
    4. In the Time Zone dialog box, select the time zone you want to use for the event.
    5. Set the start and end times for the event in the appropriate fields.
    6. Click Save and Close to save the event.

By following these steps, you can set an Outlook event in a different time zone while keeping all the rest in your home time zone. Unless the outlook user wants to set a different time Zone. Add, remove, or change time zones - Microsoft Support

Let me know if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,

    Ashraf.
