I have been using Outlook for some time, but when I send mails from time to time, it keeps waiting for sending until it fails, and at the same time, it prompts an error message: error 0x800CCC6F.

I tried to change the network and repair Outlook but no effect, I also use my Gmail mailbox and other three mailbox programs to send mail are normal, only in Outlook this problem occurs.

The 0x800CCC6F error in Microsoft Outlook typically occurs when there’s an issue with sending emails

Confirm the SMTP Settings: Open Outlook. Go to the Tools menu and select Email Accounts. Choose the account listed in the error message and click Change. In the email account settings window, select More Settings. On the Advanced tab, for your Outgoing mail (SMTP), uncheck the This server requires a secure connection (SSL) option. Click OK and then Close
