Meeting attendees see "Response" as "None" in tracking instead of "Accepted" or "Declined"?

Meeting attendees can't view the Response status in the tracking page of the meeting. I have accepted the meeting from my Outlook and when I check on my tracking it shows as none. But I check on the web version of the outlook it shows as accepted.

I have tried repairing the office app, re-created the profile, try changing the settings of Outlook but none of them works.

What are the steps to fix the issue ?

    Hi Libeamlak Zelalem MSFT,

I have the same issue and below are the details from my side on this issue.

Meetings are scheduling directly from the Outlook app for Windows.

We are using "Send Response now" option while accepting the meeting invite and the organizer is receiving the response email also the organizer can see the response as "Accepted" in tracking and I being an Attendee can see it as "None".

Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls" is checked.

This mailbox is the Primary Mailbox not a shared one.

    Dear Soumyadeep Ghosh2,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

In order to better understand your query and provide possible solution, May I please double confirm if you created the meeting invite directly in outlook or you are using third-party scheduling apps?

    • May I please know if you accept the meeting and select to send response to the organizer? if yes, may I please know if the organizer receives accepted calendar invite notification?
    • May I please double confirm if your Tracking options is set correctly? You may check, Go to File -->Options -->Mail-->Under tracking, make sure that "Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls" is checked.
    • May I please double confirm if the calendar in question is a shared calendar or primary calendar?
    • Could you please provide us with the screenshot of your Outlook version details? See What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support.

I look forward to your response. Kindly note that the above requested information is required for further analysis and troubleshooting of your situation. Your patience and cooperation are much appreciated.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,
