HOW DO I TURN OFF AUTO CAPITALIZATION?!

i have 3 different accounts with outlook and 2 of them let me use just lower case, but for some reason 1 of them is doing this autocapitalization and i need it to stop!! my brand is all lowercase so i don't use uppercase letters for anything and i now i have to go in for every email and highlight the text and go to format and the pick lower case which is ridiculous. please help.

    i figured it out but it was the most complicated and annoying and i wasted hours of my life sorting this out AND finding no way to contact anyone from outlook support except this forum.

    new email > options > editor > toggle off auto cap

    very hard to figure out.....

    1. Could you please confirm which version of Outlook you are utilizing, whether it is New Outlook for Mac or Classic Outlook for Mac?  
    2. Additionally, could you confirm the Subscription/License you are utilizing, along with the current version of Microsoft Outlook? For accessing your Outlook version and product details: Outlook” > “About Outlook.” What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support
