  1. I have created several tasks in MS To Do each with a certain Due date
  2. I open Calendar and see no entries on the affected dates

How can I see my due tasks created in MS To Do in MS Calendar? It's incredible such a basic functionality is either not available, or needs help on the forums..

    Hello Myk;

    The line ""Kindly follow the solution provided by Inema Elyse MSFT in this forum thread (https://answers.microsoft.com/thread/9535d59d-ad29-46bf-bef8-733cc7a32bd2):" leads to a blank page that says "page not found" with a little story added to it.

    This is becoming an annoyance, I used to get notices of upcoming appointments , now I am having to set up alarms for them, what an aggravation.

    I am on a desktop, why on Earth would I want my tasks stored in The Cloud? backed up Okay but permanently there no thanks make it a desktop/laptop/tablet/cellphone based program, the way it used to be.

    In Outlook on the web and the new Outlook the only way to do this is showing My Day panel and select To-Do. (Both Outlook on the web and new Outlook use the same scripts.)

    Tasks don't show on the calendar grid because they don't have a set time to be worked on, like appointments.

    If you want to set aside time on the calendar to work a task, you can drag it to the calendar - in month view, it makes an all day event. If you use day and week view, it creates it in the time period you drag it to.

    Hello everyone;

    I use Outllok desktop but not "new" Outlook. In this version, select View -> Daily Task List -> then Normal from the dropdown list. This does show tasks at the bottom of each day based on the due date. I hope this helps with your issue.

    I need this function in new Outlook, does anyone know how to set it up?

    New Outlook is Outlook on the web in an app framework. It doesn't have a task list at the bottom of the calendar. You can show the My Day page on the right.

    The button at the bottom hides the separate upcoming appointment list - which is also available on the Calendar tab of My Day.
