    Based on your post regarding "how to view shared calendars". Here are some steps To view shared calendars in the New Outlook Calendar:

    1. Open Outlook and go to the Calendar view by clicking the calendar icon in the bottom left corner.
    2. In the top ribbon, click on “Open Calendar”.
    3. Select “From Address Book”.
    4. Search for the name of the person who shared the calendar with you.
    5. Select the shared calendar and click "OK".

    Note : make sure you have the necessary permissions.You might also want to try accessing the shared calendar through Outlook Web Mail to verify if the issue persists there.
