Based on your post regarding "how to view shared calendars". Here are some steps To view shared calendars in the New Outlook Calendar:
- Open Outlook and go to the Calendar view by clicking the calendar icon in the bottom left corner.
- In the top ribbon, click on “Open Calendar”.
- Select “From Address Book”.
- Search for the name of the person who shared the calendar with you.
- Select the shared calendar and click "OK".
Note : make sure you have the necessary permissions.You might also want to try accessing the shared calendar through Outlook Web Mail to verify if the issue persists there.
