Windows 11 failure to recognise ZEXMTE bluetooth USB wireless adapter.

When I upgraded to Windows 11 my Targus bluetooth adapter ceased working. I bought a new one but Windows 11 would not recognise it. After an upgrade it labelled it as a Realtek blue item but would not communicate with it. I have tried re-installing multiple times but Win 11 continues to label it as a Realtek and will not communicate.
It works perfectly in Ubuntu 20.4 that I am now using because of Windows 11 unreliability.

    Hi there,

    Can you try to update all the drivers especially updates that are applicable for Windows 11 from your device website. Also update the BIOS as it seems for many users updating these has sorted the Bluetooth issues in Windows 11.

    Try open start and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
    Make sure download and install the latest driver for this device.
    Try uninstalling existing drivers and restart your PC and run Windows Update and see if the driver will be updated from the Windows Update?
