Hi Armand. I am an independent advisor, trying to help other users in the Community with my experience in Microsoft products. Please note that I am a user like you and don't work directly for Microsoft.
My.com may have access to your Outlook account if you’ve used My.com services and granted them permission to interact with your Outlook account.
If you’ve used a My.com app or service that requires access to your Outlook account, you might have given permission during the setup process.
If this troubles you, it is important that you review your account settings to see if you granted permission to my.com..
Go to your Microsoft Account settings and review the permissions you’ve granted to third-party apps and services.
To keep your account safe, change your password to a unique one. And you can also enable two factor authentication. This will add an extra layer of security to your account.
Let me know if this helps
Regards Femi
