Problem with hotmail

Hello,

I'm having problems with my Hotmail.com account. I've had it for about 20 years and never had a problem.

When people send me an email, they are receiving a "postmaster" bounce back error. However, I am receiving their email.

As well as receiving their email, I receive a duplicate email with a postmaster bounce back error.

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

idtienphuoc@emailnaychidegioithieutoolkhongbudatacuaaedcdaunha.idtienphuoc (idtienphuoc@emailnaychidegioithieutoolkhongbudatacuaaedcdaunha.idtienphuoc)
Your message couldn't be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their domain isn't properly registered at their domain registrar. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

Thank you! It was under Rules (I had checked Forwarding but it wasn't enabled).

Thanks so much for your help. All sorted now :)

Did you check for Rules in View tab > View settings > Mail > Rules? Also check in forwarding Section.

Hi, I'm Diane and I'm happy to help you today.

Is the address in the message your address?

If you don't recognize the address, your account was hacked and the hacker set up a rule to forward all mail to his address, but his mailbox was closed or the address he used is invalid,

Let me know how it goes, I'm here to help you further if needed.
