Calendar events merging/sync (2 accounts - 2 calendars -1 person)

Hello MS,

As the title stated, I have 2 email accounts from 2 different MS tenants and 2 calendars.

Since I am only one person, I would like to ask if there is a way of merging these two calendars together somehow in a single one or duplicate automatically the events from one onto the other as well, so when someone from tenant A tries to book some time in my calendar to see if I'm booked or not from from tenant B.

Can you please help?

This is an issue that I am also facing, and I see numerous people on internet complain about. Rather than have a solution within the outlook program itself after the issue has been approached numerous times, the "microsoft agent" suggestion is to either pay a third party to do this for us, or pay microsoft through another subscription service to automate the task which would involve learning how to use power automate to design the solution. Does anyone find this as frustrating as I do?

    Hi Eleni,

Thank you for your extensive reply that has nothing to do with my request.
Closest you got was with third party aggregation tools.
I do support for 2 tenants, they both book time in my outlook/teams calendar, having 2 different accounts it means I have 2 different calendars. People from tenant A are able to book me because they see the calendar from tenant A whilst people from tenant B are able too book me because they see the calendar from tenant B. People from tenant A don't know that from 1-2 I am being booked by someone from tenant B. Is there a way for the calendar from tenant A to replicate the booking for tenant A into tenant B's calendar and respectively the booking from tenant B to be replicated into tenant A's calendar?

I am asking if there is another way than me doing this manually when being booked (if I am aware of the booking at the time of the booking)!

    Thanks

I wish the MS agent has just said "it is not currently supported" and saved me the time reading some nonsensical answer. so infuriating. is there a feature request we can go upvote?
