Unable to move emails in shared inbox to shared inbox sub folders

I am currently using Outlook Web. Out of the blue this morning, I have been unable to move any emails from a shared inbox to subfolders in the shared inbox. I am also unable to move any emails from my personal inbox to the shared inbox subfolders and vice versa. the message when trying to move the email is "Couldn't move to _______"

For example, if i have an invoice for the business sent to my personal or shared inbox and I want to move it to the 'Invoices' subfolder in the shared inbox. I get the above message.

It has only started today, every day before this, it has been fine.

Surely there is some way to fix this ??\

    Hello Lekisha Kelly,

As further investigation from my side, this is Service Incident (EX809748) from Microsoft 365. Here are the information as below:

Tittle: Some users may be unable to move folders in shared mailboxes using Outlook on the web

Scope of impact: This issue may impact some users who are served through the affected infrastructure and are attempting to move folders in mailboxes using Outlook on the web.

Current Status: We're continuing our efforts to work with affected users and gather the relevant diagnostic data necessary to progress the investigation.

You may keep monitoring this known issue in Microsoft Service Health portal by Microsoft 365 admin level. Once this case has been resolved from backend side, I will share the updates here.

Your understanding and patience will be appreciated.

    Thank you!

Our customer service team relies heavily on their shared mailbox but has been coping, and we need answers now!... Not to mention that Microsoft has changed the status to "Fixed"?... Either Microsoft doesn't know how their product works, or they've completely neglected Outlook client, its dependencies to the Exchange Online where the issue lies baffles me as it is still a requirement for it to work.

Why neglect the old Outlook and give us a ****beta version that isn't fully functional?
