What icon on the bottom right? I have the latest version and you have to click on inbox to get the gear on the bottom left. There is no option to turn off organize by thread. Most of the time when people reply to an email they also include the original email. Why would I ever need this feature? Just an added complexity to something as simple as emails.

2024-10-01T07:59:31+00:00 I think this advice applies to older versions of the App. On mine there is no settings cog in the bottom right. Instead you need to tap on the top right ‘inbox’ and on the new screen you will see the settings cog on the bottom left. When you go into that you will still not find an obvious solution so use the search bar and type ‘mail’; an option to organise by conversation should now appear!

2024-08-22T18:40:37+00:00 I just figured this out! It was driving me crazy!
In the settings, click on mail. Then click on email organization. There you can toggle off the group by conversation.
Have a great day!

Tap on the "Settings" icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen. It looks like a gear or cogwheel.
3.Navigate to Email Settings:
Scroll down until you find the section labeled "Email".
4.Adjust Email Organization:
Tap on "Email Organization" (sometimes labeled as "Organize Mail by Thread" or similar).
5.Turn Off Conversation View:
Look for the option that controls how emails are grouped, typically labeled as "Group Emails by Conversation" or "Organize by Thread".
Toggle this option to turn off email threading or conversation view.
6.Confirm Changes:
After turning off conversation view, your emails should now appear separately rather than grouped by threads.
