I apologize for the confusion. It seems that you are experiencing an issue with your presence status in Outlook. Therefore, to better understand your query and provide possible solution, May please double confirm if you have checked your presence status in your Microsoft Teams also Offline? If you haven't check it yet, kindly check your Teams presence status and if it is set to offline, change it to available and check if there is any difference. To do this, Sign in to Microsoft Teams app or Teams on the web with the same credential -->Click on your Profile Picture (locate at the right top corner of the app) -->check the status and change.
