Hi all,

I had all my passwords stored on computer, now they all have disappeared? I have to manually install each site I visit. Where did they go?

Hi, I'm Ryuki. I am sorry that you've lost your stored password.

If you are using the following browser, you can check it out.

    • Google Chrome
    1. Open Settings: Click on the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner, then select Settings.
    2. Passwords: Navigate to Autofill and passwords > Google Passwords Manager.
    3. View Passwords: Click the eye icon next to the password you want to view and verify your identity if prompted.
    • Microsoft Edge
    1. Open Settings: Click on the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner, then select Settings.
    2. Profiles: Go to Profiles > Passwords.
    3. View Passwords: Click the eye icon next to the password you want to view and verify your identity if prompted.
    • Windows 11 Credential Manager
    1. Open Credential Manager: Type "Credential Manager" in the Start menu search bar and open it.
    2. Web Credentials: Go to the "Web Credentials" tab.
    3. View Passwords: Find the desired website, click "Show", and enter your Windows password or PIN to view the password.

    Ryuki

I also have this issue with the most recent update to microsoft edge.

the update to the wallet has seem to have done something to my previously saved passwords.

Previously i could view all my saved passwords for Microsoft Edge by going to said wallet.

it would display ALL saved passwords, maybe 150+ at this point.

What is odd is that IF you go to a site that i KNOW i have a password saved, Autofill provides me with the saved password options to choose from (assuming there are multiple passwords previously saved) and now it allows me to save the password to the new Wallet and is now visible in the said new wallet.

i've searched to see if i can import them or something with no success,

Please fix this or provide me a method to export my previously saved passwords so that i can enter them into the new wallet.

    GIVE MY PASSWORDS BACK

Same problem as the others. Opened today my wallet and it was empty. Happened after the new update. How can I get access to my wallet?

It is even worse. I tried to save and/or import some login credentialls, but every time I reopen the browser it shows me the wallet is empty.

To say this is inconvenient is not enough. Logged out of emails, back up email can't access.

Fortunately, I copies my passwords and printed them one day before I lost them. So how do I get them back in the wallet? New passwords have to generated for each acc I use, we cant be the only ones caught surely.

Hi, Thank you for your assistance.

I should have made myself clearer, so sorry about that.

What's missing is the entire file on saved passwords. When I do as you suggest, there is nothing there atall. All saved passwords missing, an empty file. But now when asked to put in a password it now saves it to this page. But where is the other 50 passwords gone.

    Kind regards
