How to delete emails older than 30 days from sent email folder sent from logic app?

I have to delete emails which are older than 30 days because it clogged sent email and not able to send email alert in case of pipeline failure.

    If you still face Issue please try below steps:

    Step 1:

    • Navigate to the Sent Items Folder: Go to the "Sent Items" folder where your old emails are stored.
    • Use Search to Filter Emails:
    • In the search bar at the top, type Sent:<30 days ago to filter emails older than 30 days. This search query might vary slightly depending on the version, but generally, you can search for emails older than a specific date.
    • Select all mail and delete it

    steps 2 :

    Alternatively, use the filter options provided by Outlook:

    • Click on the "Filter" button in the search bar.
    • Choose "Date" and then select "Older than" 30 days.
    • delete all mail

    Based on your post regarding with "How to delete emails older than 30 days from sent email folder sent from logic app?". you can creat rule for delete emails older than 30 days , please follow below steps :

    1. Open Outlook and go to the Home tab.
    2. Click on Rules and select Manage Rules & Alerts.
    3. Click New Rule.
    4. Choose Apply rule on messages I receive and click Next.
    5. Select Received in a specific date span and set the date range to older than 30 days.
    6. Click Next and choose Delete it.
    7. Click Finish and then OK to save the rule.
