Lost outgoing emails while working offline on new outlook

Hi team,

I left new outlook open before boarding a plane so I was able to work offline answering emails during my flight.

While being offline I was receiving a message that the emails were not being sent, but I assumend they would be sent when I went back online.

To my surprise, when I was back online, not only the emails were not sent but all the emails I wrote while working offline were lost.

Is there any way I can find / recover them?

I was trying to find the former outgoing emails folder but that seems to have dissapeared in the new outlook.

    Microsoft: This is amateur hour. Fix this bug now. Sync issue folder... save a draft... seriously? Have you taken for granted that people don't always have internet connections and would expect an email provider to cover the basics like saving a draft for me? Come on. You are better than this.

    A little disgraceful with Microsoft now almost 4 months on from this post and the number of people adding to this list and still the bug remains

    Dear M. Kwizera,

    This is a joke, right ? I just lost 3 hours of work while doing exactly what is described above, i.e. working on a plane on my open Outlook. It is almost impossible to now see what messages I had responded to. MS must save these messages somewhere, no ?

    I've had the same issue! This is incredibly frustrating hours of lost work whilst travelling!!!!
