Why is there no Pin feature on Outlook Classic?

Hi all

Just wanted to ask if/why there is no "pin-to-top" feature on Outlook Classic? Specifically the downloaded desktop version?

I have checked around and 2 sources, from approx 2 years ago have both stated at the time that it is not included but developers will work to add it. It's been 2 years and no change, and Outlook Classic, offers far more customiseable and advanced abilities than the new Outlook.

Can we make a serious request to have this added?
