I was able to sync my Outlook calendar with iPhone Calendar by starting from the Apple side. I have a Macbook so I started with opening the iPhone calendar on my computer, then go to the top left corner, click "Calendar" menu next to the Apple icon. Then choose "Add Account", then another window is pop up that said "Choose a Calendar account provider". I selected Microsoft Exchange, then log in to my Microsoft account with username and pw. Confirm, and my Outlook (Microsoft) calendar is linked to my iPhone calendar.
how to sync outlook calendar to iphone calendar
I use MS Outlook 365 desktop app to manage my mail and calendar.
My mail account is a hosted mail account using pop/imap for my domain. It is not an outlook or ms account.
I use the outlook calendar to manage my appointments.
How can I get the outlook calendar to be synced to the iPhone calendar or published or stored online for me to access?
Right now the calendar I think is all stored locally in the pst/ost file on my computer.
Is there a way to have outlook sync or share the calendar info so I can pull it into my iiphone calendar?
(I posted this earlier but got a message a mod deleted it... not sure why. I need help with Outlook)

2024-06-10T18:47:58+00:00 I only just did this and it seems to work. In Office 365, I went into settings, calendar, shared calendar and published my calendar. Then copied the link to Iphone calendar.

2024-04-06T00:59:47+00:00 Dear Mark Reed1,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.
I did some reseach on the issue, please refer to the below information:
To sync your Outlook calendar with your iPhone, you can use iTunes or iCloud. Here are the steps to sync your Outlook calendar with your iPhone using iTunes:
- Connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes.
- Click on the iPhone icon in the top left corner of the iTunes window.
- Click on the "Info" tab in the left sidebar.
- Check the box next to "Sync Calendars with Outlook."
- Select the calendar you want to sync from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Apply" button in the bottom right corner of the iTunes window.
Alternatively, you can use iCloud to sync your Outlook calendar with your iPhone. Here are the steps:
- Open iCloud for Windows on your PC.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Check the box next to "Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks."
- Click on the "Apply" button.
- On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
- Turn on the switch next to "Calendars."
- Wait for your Outlook calendar to sync with your iPhone.
I hope the information helps! If there is any update or I misunderstand you, please feel free to let me know. I will continue to assist you. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.
Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.
Sincerely,

2024-06-12T00:10:00+00:00 You say to open iTunes, but don't specify whether on computer or phone. In any event, I don't see iphone icon in either one. Can you help?

2024-08-15T17:36:35+00:00 I'm with Mark. Creating a calendar appointment in desktop Outlook does not sync to iPhone Outlook and visa versa.
All directives refer to desktop Outlook syncing with iPhone Calendar, but we need directives to sync with iPhone's OUTLOOK calendar. Hope that helps differentiate the request.
