how to put signature in office 365 outlook mobile app ( android and ios ) as same as in desktop outlook ?

I tried to configure the signature in Outlook for mobile by myself, and did some search on the information, currently, we can not add image and sampled signature in Outlook for Moblie app. If you need this funtion, I noticed that there are some 3rd pary tools developed by some developers, you can try to search them on the internet.(Since Microsoft support policy, we are not allowed to share 3rd party information to customers, please comprehend this.)

Since I think your idea is really constructive. I will report this to Microsoft. Meanwhile, I sincerely suggest you post this precious suggestion to Microsoft. Microsoft will update their product based on customers' suggestions. Believe your suggestion will help many other people in the future. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

If you need to have the same business signature on all your device with logo and dynamic content, you will need a third party cloud signature service to do so. Period. Until Microsoft comes up with their own cloud based signature service, this is still an issue and company are still mad at Microsoft for that, Sometimes truth hurts ;)

Why not just let the mobile app sync with desktop app's signature? There is no need to set up two signatures.

1. Open the Outlook app and log into your existing email account.
2. Click on Settings in the top right-hand corner of the app.
3. Select Signature under the Mail subheading.
