    Dear michael vincent kent,

    Thank you for your reply!

If you're using the classic version of Outlook, please first check if there are any forwarding rules set up in your "Rules." For detailed instructions, please refer to this link: Turn on automatic forwarding in Outlook - Microsoft Support

Additionally, please examine if your wife's email account has your email address added as an account.

Please double-check to ensure that the recipient of the email is solely your email address.

If the above does not identify your problem, please take a screenshot and describe the problem to me in detail, so that I can further identify the problem for you!

    Dear michael vincent kent,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

I understand that emails sent to you also end up in your wife's mailbox. Please correct me if my understanding is incorrect.

Based on your description, the following scenarios might be possible:

    1. Email Forwarding: Your email account might have an automatic forwarding function enabled, which automatically forwards received emails to your wife. Please check your email settings under "Mail" -> "Forwarding" to see if there are any relevant configurations.

    1. Account Configuration: Please examine your wife's email settings under "Accounts" -> "Email Accounts" to see if your account has been added there.

    1. Sending Address: Check the recipient section of the emails sent to you to see if your wife's email address is included or if you and your wife are grouped together for email distribution.

If none of the above applies, is there any alias or similar association between your email and your wife's email? I would appreciate it if you could share more detailed information with me in the form of screenshots. Let's stay in touch, and I look forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,
