To forward an email to another user in Outlook for Windows, you can follow these steps:
- Open the email you want to forward.
- Click on the "Forward" button in the top right corner of the email window.
- In the "To" field, enter the email address of the person you want to forward the email to.
- If you want to add a message to the forwarded email, you can type it in the body of the email.
- Click on the "Send" button to forward the email to the other user.
Alternatively, you can also right-click on the email you want to forward and select "Forward" from the drop-down menu.
At the same time, if you need to autoforward emails from an account to another, you may consider configure Outlook rules:
