how to upgrade azure AD (free) to Azure AD p1.

we have all E3 licensing (which does not provide Azure AD p1)

If i only purchase 1 single license M365 Business premium(which includes Azure Ad p1) for example will that upgrade my azure to p1?

    So the free tier doesn't have SLA...

    Regarding NPS Extension my understanding is that you need the SLA aka P1 or P2:

    it looks like Azure AD Premium P1 is included in M 365 E3:

    The Azure P1 license is applied per user. So you need to buy licenses for each user that need additional features. To see which features are available for P1 or P2 license type check following link:
