    Thank you for your response.

Nothing about Immersive Reader is that helpful for day-to-day functionality on emails, although I appreciate the enthusiasm. I don't believe you can even use it to create new emails as the function doesn't show. I would like the Read Allowed software not to disappear on the newest version I honestly don't understand why you have stripped this, it's an extremely widely used function.

I was trying out the newest version as this is what is being roled out, to see if it had functionality for my disability before the switch at the end of the year (I think it is). All I can see is immersive reader which doesn't allow you to edit easily and is more easily used for longer word documents.

I'm glad to hear that you find the Read Aloud feature helpful for your work.

Yes, the Read Aloud feature is available in new Microsoft version.

    Read Aloud in Outlook:

    • Open Outlook on your desktop.
    • Click on the email you want to be read aloud.
    • Go to the email, select and highlight the portion of the text you want to read (or press Ctrl + A to highlight all content).
    • Click on the Read Aloud button, and the narrator will read out your email word by word and line by line.

For more information on using Read Aloud and other accessibility features in Microsoft products, you can visit the Microsoft Accessibility website.
