Scheduling Poll not available - Outlook

Hello Microsoft Community!

I am reaching out to report an issue with the "Scheduling Poll" feature in Outlook, which seems to be unavailable for some users.

For instance, I am using "Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2402 Build 16.0.17328.20346) 64-bit" with an M365 for Enterprise License on Windows 10 22h2.

When attempting to create a new email, the "Schedule Poll" option does not appear. Interestingly, it sometimes reappears after restarting the application for some Users. Despite searching online forums, I have not found others experiencing this problem...

UPDATE: Creating a new Outlook Profile Solved the issue!!

Seem to have found a workaround (for myself, at least). "Scheduling Polls" seems to be hidden in my case and available only when I add it to the "New Mail" toolbar/ribbon. It's weird: it appears when I right-click blank space on my toolbar when drafting a new email and select "Customize Toolbar..." but would never think it would be an option (no indication would leave me to believe so). But it's there. Anyway, I added it to my toolbar and it's now an option, but don't understand why it was hidden in the first place or why it wasn't coming up when I clicked "..." (the additional options), but it's there now. Hopefully, this can help someone.

The problem isn't that I can't locate the add-ins; rather, the FindTime Add-In has been discontinued since June 2022. There is absolutely no way to acquire this Add-In now, as the link you provided is no longer active!

I am having the same issue. I only have the "Polls" add-in, NOT "Scheduling Polls." The "Scheduling Polls" dashboard only allows me to see old polls but not create new ones. I am using Outlook for Mac with a 365 subscription. Nothing comes up when searching for "FindTime" or "Scheduling Polls" in add-ins. This is extremely frustrating.

    • Kindly confirm if this is happening outlook client app or outlook web application also?

    Outlook Client App

    • May I please know if you are facing the same issue with classic outlook and new outlook also?

We only use the Classic Outlook.

    • Kindly mention when this situation started to occur?

Since I updated to 2402 Version but I've noticed that Users with Version 2308 are not facing this Problem.

1.) Apparently, I have the newest version. 2.) The Add-In isn't available since mid-2022? The FindTime Add-on was replaced with the built-in Scheduling Poll feature in Outlook.3.) Repairing Office didn't help.4.) Clearing the Offline Address Book folder didn't work.5.) The link is unavailable; it shows a "404 not found" code.6.) Resetting Office wasn't helpful either.

    Hello AkiEXE,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for your reply to the Microsoft community.

Microsoft has replaced the 'FindTime' add-in with the 'Scheduling Poll' feature, which is now integrated directly into Outlook clients for all users as a native feature. If you cannot locate the 'Scheduling Poll' feature, it's advisable to check if your Outlook is up-to-date.

You can also directly access the 'Scheduling Poll' organizer dashboard here:

Scheduling Poll organizer dashboard - Microsoft Support

The Scheduling Poll dashboard allows organizers to view all the polls they have created, manage them, and change default settings for new polls. They can be accessed here:  https://outlook.office365.com/findtime/dashboard

If any information is required, kindly let us know. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    Nafis Iqbal Shuvo
