Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
This work around is not helpful at all. Such a waste of time. Is Microsoft considering a change to these options?

I used this function daily to remind me to action an event or as a postponement. Just took one click. I have seen a lot of complaints relating to this. Very frustrating and not helpful to remove it.

Thank you but this does not help at all. There is no option to type in anything, I just get the option to choose a time that pops up to snooze which is only up to two hours max. Just makes my working life harder.
I am aware of being able to snooze up to 2 hours which is no help. I am spending time constantly clicking snooze.
I will contact the Outlook team as you suggest.
Thanks, Jude
Hi Judith Laxton,
Good day.
Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.
I apologize for any inconvenience you’re experiencing with the limited snooze options in the new Outlook. It’s frustrating when a feature you relied on is no longer available in the same way. Let’s explore some additional options to manage your reminders more effectively:
Custom Snooze Times (New Outlook): While the new Outlook interface doesn’t allow direct manual input for snooze times, you can still achieve custom snooze durations by using the available options. Here’s how:
Feedback to the Outlook Team: Consider providing feedback directly to the Outlook team regarding the limitation you’re facing. They actively listen to user feedback and may consider adjustments based on user needs. You can use the Outlook UserVoice platform to share your thoughts and suggest modifications.
We encourage you to vote the answer as it might be useful to other users in the community.
I hope this helps let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions .

I understand how important the snooze feature is for managing reminders in Outlook. While the ability to snooze reminders for weeks ahead directly from the Snooze dropdown menu has been removed, there are still ways to achieve similar functionality. Let me guide you through some options:
