I can't find review, design, layout or reference tabs in outlook mail

so how can you change languages in new outlook?

There is no option to add the "Review" tab or to see those menu options in classic or the new version.

hi, I reverted to classic when I couldn't find it in the new outlook so the screen grabs reflect the classic. design and layout are there but there is no sign of the review tab.

Please Note that in new outlook there is not review tab, however in the classic outlook there is review tab, in classic outlook The ‘Review’ tab in Outlook is available when you go to ‘New Mail’ window, it will pop up a new window and you will see the review tab as below picture

It’s not added in the ‘Main Tabs’ of the Outlook main window.

Open ‘New Mail’ window and check if there is review tab.

In you classic outlook click on pop up option and check in new window if you can't see the review tab and share the picture as well with us

Based on the picture you have shared it seems like you are using classic outlook, not New outlook even though you posted your issue in new outlook category. Typically, in classic outlook The ‘Review’ tab in Outlook is available when you go to ‘New Mail’ window. It’s not added in the ‘Main Tabs’ of the Outlook main window.

Open ‘New Mail’ window and check if there is review tab.

If it’s not present then click on ‘File’ tab of ‘New Mail’ window > Options > Customize Ribbon then on the right-hand side, check the box for the Review and click on OK. For Layout option through the picture, we can see the layout option so i would like to know which one you are refer to However, for the design it is basically for word app or excel etc.. For outlook you can use insert view to gat all the design option as well or you can add design form
