Hello Valarie,
I understand how frustrating it can be to discover that your emails have disappeared from Outlook. Let’s work on this issue together. Here are some steps you can take to investigate and potentially recover your missing emails:
Check the Junk Email Folder: Sometimes messages get mistakenly marked as junk. Look in your Junk Email folder and see if the missing emails are there. If you find any, select the message and mark it as Not junk.
If you have Focused Inbox enabled, check the Other tab. Sometimes emails end up there instead of the main inbox. If you find any missing emails, move them to your Focused inbox.
Verify that the missing emails are not in your Deleted Items folder. If they are there, you can restore them. Keep in mind that messages removed from the Deleted Items folder are recoverable for 30 days.
Ensure that you’re not filtering your message list. Adjust your filter settings to display all messages.
Confirm whether you’re accessing your email from multiple devices. Sometimes an email client on one device might delete messages. Check all your devices to see if any of them inadvertently removed the emails.
