How do I send meeting invitation, in delegated calendar, 'on behalf of'

I've set up delegated access, for a colleagues inbox and calendar.

So sending mail 'on behalf of' is working fine.

Also creating/editing calendar meetings is working fine.

But when sending a calendar meeting invitation, Outlook does not give the option to send 'on behalf of'

i.e. the meeting is created in the manager's calendar, sent to invitees, but the invitation appears as from the delegate, not from the manager.

We've tried managing the delegate permissions from the manager's account, and checking this from the delegate's account.
Also tried both Outlook desktop app on Windows 10 and Outlook Web.

    Hi De Paul.

    1. Version of office: Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2302 Build 16.0.16130.20332) 64-bit
    2. Don't understand what you are asking, I'm afraid. Could you re-phrase.
    3. Yes, tried this, but doesn't allow invitation to be sent 'on behalf of'
