    Hello James,

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community.

It seems you're looking for a way to configure Outlook to display the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) line by default when composing new emails. This is a common request among users who want to streamline their email processes.

Many Outlook users find it tedious to manually add the BCC field each time they compose an email. This can lead to oversight and inefficiency, particularly for those who frequently use BCC for sending emails to multiple recipients discreetly.

To address this issue, I’ve gathered some effective steps that you can follow to ensure the BCC line appears automatically in your new emails. This solution applies to both the classic and new versions of Outlook.

    For New Outlook:

    1. Open Settings: Click on the gear icon located in the top right corner of your Outlook window.
    2. Mail Settings: Navigate to Mail in the left sidebar.
    3. Compose and Reply: Click on Compose and reply.
    4. Show BCC: In the message format section, check the box next to Always show BCC.
    5. Save Changes: Don’t forget to click the Save button before closing the settings window.

Once you complete these steps, the BCC field will be displayed by default every time you create a new email or reply to one

    Notes

    • If you are usingOutlook on the web, similar steps apply: Click on thegear icon, go to Mail settings, and enable theBCC option under Compose and reply settings

Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional assistance!

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation. Have a great day!

Cool, how do I configure so every new email I compose and reply to, adds a specific address to the BCC? This used to work in old outlook but seems to be gone in new outlook. The option is simple not there.
The reason I'm asking is because I need to send every email I write to an address in order to track it in my CRM.
