How do I solve having to sign in again when I am already logged into my accounts?

On all my Microsoft apps, across all my devices, I am prompted to sign in again, even though it shows I am logged on. I have an exclamation symbol by my profile photo, and a pop up that says that "there is a problem with my account, lets solve it." Or it says that there is a problem syncing my account. Whenever I follow the prompts, it takes me through a sign in window, saying it is used to synchronize across devices.

But it seems when I use my other devises, then I have to sign in again. So the sign in never seems to stay signed in, or synchronized.

I never used to have this problem, now it happens every day, even when I don't shut my computer down.

I am using windows 10.

I am living in Norway.

    Dear Jonathan Weber1

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I know that it can be frustrating to be repeatedly prompted to sign in to your Microsoft accounts and I know it's really annoying. I'd like to help you, but first, I need some more information to help you effectively, please tell me:

1.Which Microsoft applications are affected or tell me which app are you using? (e.g., Outlook) Knowing this helps pinpoint the source.

2.What device are you using? (e.g., Windows 10 PC, Android phone, iPhone) Different operating systems may have unique solutions.

3.Have you recently changed your Microsoft account settings, password, or security measures? A recent change can interfere with synchronization, and please note that a change to a credential (such as a password) will result in all devices being logged off.

4.Have you checked the stability of your Internet connection on all of your devices? Intermittent connectivity can interfere with sync. A change in IP address, which is fairly common in-home network, could also leads to repeat login.

5.Have you clear the cache or cookies? Something like this will store your login credential so that you don't have to login too frequently.

I need to know more about your situation so I can help you better, please understand. If you have found anything else worth mentioning, please feel free to contact me and talk about it, thank you for your cooperation and understanding :)

    Kind Regards
