Hi inanch mehmet,
Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.
Based on your description, I understand that you get emails from the postmaster when you receive email.
What I need to confirm with you is whether there has been any recent unusual activity on your account, or if it was hacked some time ago.
You can view your recent activity log https://account.microsoft.com/privacy/activity-history to see if there are any logins that don't belong to you. Prevent hackers from still being able to log in to your email.
If any abnormal login information exists. You should first full scan your computer with an antivirus program. Next, change your password. Click Sign out from all locations on the Account Security screen. All devices where you are signed in to this account will be closed after 24 hours. This prevents hackers from continuing to log into your email.
After changing your password, review your account settings as they may have been altered, affecting your account security. To check and change your account settings, go to connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies. Be sure to check the rules in your email account. Hackers may set up email forwarding rules to monitor your activities.
You can add Microsoft Authenticator to your phone, a free app that helps you sign in to all your accounts just by using your fingerprint, facial recognition, or PIN. Sometimes, app verification is more secure than CAPTCHA.
