How do I retain internal links and attachments when i convert an Outlook email to a PDF in Windows 11/Microsoft Office 365? I used to do this with Adobe Acrobat Pro, but that is now too expensive. EaseUS PDF Edit is a much cheaper alternative to Adobe Acrobat Pro in converting Office and Outlook files to PDF files, but it does not retain the internal links that contain critical information inside some emails. Is there a way to do this with Outlook or another PDF conversion tool out there that can do this with email files?

    Thanks for your reply.

I feel sad that you marked my reply as unhelpful. I am just an ordinary agent, not a developer. I just explained to you that Microsoft does not have this feature. I also hope that Microsoft can develop this feature.

I fully understand your needs and feelings. But this is related to Microsoft's feature development.

Therefore, I suggest contacting Microsoft support or submitting feedback and suggestions. Microsoft will continue to optimize Outlook features and improve user experience.

Microsoft needs to develop a feature that would retain internal links and attachments when converting an Outlook email to a PDF in Windows 11/Microsoft Office 365? They do this for other Office documents. Why not for emails?

    Hi, DHBoone

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

According to your description, you want to keep internal links and attachments when converting Outlook emails to PDF.

Unfortunately, Outlook does not have this feature. Microsoft does not have any instructions for PDF conversion tools.

    Sorry, we cannot help you.

You can use third-party tools to keep internal links and attachments.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

    Best regards
