I created a email signature with canva. On this email signature i added multiple hyper links to our different social media platforms. According to canva, in order for me to download the email signature and keep the hyperlinks i have to download as a pdf. When I do this the hyperlinks stay. Now when I go to add my email signature to outlook it will not let me add it. If i save the email signature as a jpeg on canva the hyper links do not save but outlook allowed me to upload. If i try to add the hyperlink on outlook the actual link it’s self’s shows which i do not want especially since i have 8 hyperlinks on my email signature. How can I upload an email signature from canva to outlook and have all my hyper links? Step by step instructions would be helpful if possible. Thank you!!!!!

    Hello Amanda Witham,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

Before moving forward, could you allow me to gather information below to narrow down your specific scenario?

    • After downloading the email signature from Canva, have you tried converting the PDF to HTML?
    • Have you attempted to add the HTML signature in Outlook on the web? If not, please follow these steps:
      • Sign in to Outlook at Outlook (office365.com) with your Microsoft account.
      • Click on the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner of the page.
      • In the Settings panel, go to Mail and then Compose and Reply.
      • Under "Email signature," type your signature in the text box. You can use the formatting options to change its appearance.
      • If you'd like your signature automatically added to all outgoing messages, including replies and forwards, check the appropriate boxes.
    • Could you confirm which version of Outlook you're currently using? To find your version and product details:
    • Please provide details about your specific Office 365 subscription. Are you using Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, Enterprise, or Education? Alternatively, is it Microsoft 365 Family, Personal, Office 365 Home and Business, Office 365 Home and Student, or a personal Outlook.com subscription?
    • If you are encountering any errors or unexpected behavior, please follow the steps and record the setup process so I can understand exactly what you are experiencing. Instructions on how to record your screen in PowerPoint can be found here: Record your screen in PowerPoint - Microsoft Support.

Providing this information will help us to gain a better understanding of the issue.

If you share the information requested above, it will help us for future consultation.

Please note that my initial response may not resolve your current situation immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a particular direction of your current situation.

Note: Due to forum policy and to protect sensitive information, please share with me above some requested screenshot information in "View Private messages".
