Hi , we ran into an issue with a couple of users using (The new outlook) where they need to manually click on View>Sync to see the new incoming emails OR they need to search for the email Item to see it, after the manual syncing the email shows in their inbox.
We checked their filter, it is set to All>Sort by Date> Newest on the Top
Anyone encountered such issue?

Same issue, I have to constantly refresh manually and cannot find ANY way to set it up automatically. Its causing issues with comms delays across the board because you effectively have to hit F9 every 30 seconds. Why was the automatic sync removed for the application?
So to summarise:
Basically this is a 'not our problem, go away' response...

This is awful. I found the sync ... it wasn't where you said, it was in tools not in view, and worse it didn't work. Don't the people at microsoft the software before they release it????
Then the help didn't provide support. Then it sent me copilot which didn't have anything related to this non-syncing issue. My phone isn't updating either.
Is there a fix and who might I contact to find it?

There is no way to set new outlook to automatic syncing new mails, and if i am recieving a lot of mails into my inbox, its impossible to just work in other apps and get a pop-up notification with 'You have recieved new mail'?
Each time someone is sending me a mail, i need to manually sync my inbox?
And there is no way to toggle auto sync on or off, its just off and no way to set it to 'on'?
I think that its a giant step backwards. All of automation, new backgrounds ets. is... well, useless if new outlook do not have basic funcionality. Its useless, when i need to remember to click 'synchronise' every 5 to 10 minutes.
Would anyone with MS support at least provide the link to the correct "New Outlook" team or answers section for us to find out how to correctly have an automatic sync enabled for our systems?
