Email are reject from mail.protection.outlook.com

The new server is configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC and emails still are rejected when sending on hotmail.com.

What actions should we take?

    1. It is likely that some of the people posting to this thread are not using Outlook for Business, but this thread is in' * Outlook/Windows/Classic Outlook for Windows/for business
    2. It is also possible that this is a server problem that will have to be resolved by Outlook staff.
    3. Also, those using Outlook for Business should be able to contact Outlook Support theough the installed program/app.
