We dont see the encrypt button on new outlook and cant go to trust center also in new outlook?

I am in the new outlook. this is what I see when I open new email - options. there is not encryption option.
I'm having the same issue (no encrypt tab on new Outlook). Was this issue resolved?
This is where it appears for our organization in New Outlook (Options, Lock icon, Encrypt)

What I understood is the new version is not equivalent to the desktop version. The new Outlook version is specifically designed to offer a more streamlined and efficient email experience, making it faster and more user-friendly. It will not have all the required functionalities of the desktop version.
