Hi Microsoft,

My Email font size changes to huge after sending out (Outlook for Mac)

The font size changes itself automatically and this can be either from the body message or the signature. However, I am not able to spot this message directly from my sent box. I can only know when the recipient informs me of the BIG AND SHOUTY message.

I am currently sending emails using my own company's domain, on my personal MacBook Pro laptop, on the Outlook App on Mac, hostgator host

I need solution please

I'm also planning to cancel my MS subscription. It's really embarrassing when clients complain about gigantic font in my emails. One recipient even took it as an offensive message and questioned my email etiquettes.

It appears Microsoft are not interested in resolving this issue, so I terminated my MS subscription and now use Google mail, I suggest everyone else does the same. If they start seeing people cancel their subscriptions, perhaps they will then take action to resolve the issue.

Another release [Version 16.83.3 (24033013)], another missing opportunity to fix this problem rendering Outlook useless. This is extremely upsetting.

The issue with randomly enlarged fonts (which causes me great embarrassment with clients) has persisted for almost a year. As a result, I have a year’s worth of emails trapped in this version of Outlook that cannot be exported, nor can a backup be made. I can only recover those from the last 2 weeks by downloading them from the server.

These emails contain contracts, sensitive data, and many things for which I am responsible. I have tried to speak with someone from Microsoft's legal department, but I get put on hold and then can't speak to anyone. Before installation, MICROSOFT does not warn users that the software is severely incomplete (like an alpha or beta version) and that they could potentially find themselves trapped and unable to migrate to another software because functions like email export have not yet been implemented.

I am also experiencing this issue. It is a bug and nothing to do with preferences.

By posting a message to a group of which I am a member, I have been able to compare the content of a message as sent with the same message as received. One paragraph in the received message was a huge font size compared with the same paragraph when sent. The HTML mark-up preceding the original paragraph is as follows:

    <p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-

    fareast-language:EN-US'>

The HTML mark-up preceding the paragraph as received is as follows:

    <p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'font-size:110pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>

You will note the difference. "11.0pt" compared with "110pt". Somewhere in the processing the "." has gone missing.

So, Microsoft, please get on with sorting this one out.
