Dear Thorpao Lor,
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
Based on your description, I understand that you want to recover your old account. However, it appears that your account has been closed.
I suggest you first log in to account.live.com, attempt to log in to your account, and check if the error message at the top indicates that the account does not exist.
Generally, there are a few reasons why an account might no longer exist: 1. The account has not been logged into for an extended period, and accounts are automatically deleted after two years; 2. The account was deleted as an alias; 3. The account was actively closed and not reactivated within 60 days.
If the deleted alias account was from a Microsoft domain (such as @hotmail.com, @outlook.com, @live.com, or @msn.com), then the alias account will be permanently removed from our system, and the user will not be able to use it to send or receive emails.
However, your account is still recorded in Microsoft's server records, and for security reasons, Microsoft does not allow users to register the same email address again.
Considering the seriousness of your issue and the urgency of the situation, you can directly contact an online support agent. Try to provide as much information as possible about the account you once had, including: your account username/historical passwords/subjects of emails sent (confirm with family and friends)/subscriptions/purchase orders. However, there is no 100% guarantee that this method will recover your account.
Here are the specific steps required to contact an online agent:
- Type "Contact - Microsoft Support", then type" Account Issue" in the search box
- Click on login at the bottom of the page and contact the support staff.
- Use another Microsoft account to sign in.
- Under "Products & Services," select "Microsoft 365 & Office Options."
- Under "Category", select "Manage Account Security".
- Click on "Chat with Support Agent". Next, fill out the contact information where the online agent can contact you.
Please note:
• Online chat is not supported for corporate/educational accounts. If you do not have a personal account, please create a new @outlook.com account to use it.
• Online chat services are provided during local working hours on business days.
I understand your concern and I hope you are able to resolve this issue without any problems!
Best regards
