Based on your description, I have a general understanding of your question, I've done some research and testing, but I don't have the same error as you, so I still need to gather more information to narrow down the issue in order to help you:
- Can I understand that your steps are: select an email in your inbox> click Reply/Reply All> then save it to your drafts> then double-click on the email but you can't see the > in full screenThen you click on the draft folder and find that you can display the email in full screen. If I understand incorrectly, please kindly correct me and give me more details, thanks.
- Does this issue occur when you reply to all emails?
- Even though the category of your upload question is the new version of Outlook client, I would like to double confirm to you that you are using the new version of Outlook client or the classic version of Outlook client?
- Please kindly log in to OWA (outlook web app) with your account and test to check if the same problem occurs, thank you.
- What is your account type?(buisness account within business subscription/outlook.com/hotmail.com/imap account/pop account)
