Using New Outlook on Windows for academic communication and scheduling
This does not turn off automatic replies to people within my organization.

Edit: I have successfully followed the instructions in this video using Classic Outlook. I will stop using New Outlook or the mobile apps unless this feature is added. If anyone knows of a way to make this work with the newer Outlook apps, please let me know. As I understand it, this "fix" only works with a computer that is never put to sleep and always has Outlook Classic running in the background 24/7.
How to automatically reply outside organization only in Outlook (youtube.com)
I have viewed multiple threads in the help community on this topic, but they were either in an older version of Outlook and the answer is no longer possible, or the answers provided were incorrect. I have tried Classic Outlook, New Outlook, and Outlook for Web.
I have tried leaving the text field for auto-replies within my organization blank, but it still sends an empty auto-reply to all users within my organization. I want to be able to send an auto-reply to users outside of my organization ONLY.
Thank you!

It's hard to wrap my mind around the first Mod giving a solution that doesn't work, the second Mod chiming in that they haven't heard back from the OP, and then silence for 6 months with people continuing to say this remains a problem. My organization is closing due to hurricane, we all know we're closed and we don't need an auto-reply to every internal email saying we're closing. We just need people outside the organization to get that message.
I found the same, it does not turn off automatic replies to people within my organization, it sends a blank auto response. Please fix this @Microsoft.
