Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Hello Vern, Thanks for reaching out to Microsoftt Community. My name is Abu. Unfortunately, the new Outlook Calendar does not currently offer the ability to customize colors for individual entries Now to link your Samsung S24 Plus mobile to the Microsoft Calendar follow the steps below; 1. First, ensure you have the Outlook app installed on your Samsung S24 Plus. 2. Open the Outlook app and sign in with your Microsoft account credentials. Make sure you use the same account that you use for your Outlook calendar on your computer. 3. Once signed in, the app should automatically sync your Outlook calendar to your phone. If not, you can go to the app settings and manually sync the calendar. 4. Make sure the Outlook app has the necessary permissions to access your calendar on your phone. You can check and adjust these permissions in your phone's settings. 5. While the ability to change the color of individual entries may not be available in the new Outlook calendar, you can still customize the view and organize your events by using different calendar views for example day, week, month. With the above steps you should be able to link your Samsung S24 Plus Mobile Phone to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar and access your events and appointments on the go. Feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance Give back to the Community. Help the next person who has this issue by indicating if this reply solved your problem. Click Yes or No below. ...because Microsoft did an absolutely **** job on 'new' Outlook. It is a joke, and MS 'support' sucks.
