Hello Vern, Thanks for reaching out to Microsoftt Community. My name is Abu. Unfortunately, the new Outlook Calendar does not currently offer the ability to customize colors for individual entries Now to link your Samsung S24 Plus mobile to the Microsoft Calendar follow the steps below; 1. First, ensure you have the Outlook app installed on your Samsung S24 Plus. 2. Open the Outlook app and sign in with your Microsoft account credentials. Make sure you use the same account that you use for your Outlook calendar on your computer. 3. Once signed in, the app should automatically sync your Outlook calendar to your phone. If not, you can go to the app settings and manually sync the calendar. 4. Make sure the Outlook app has the necessary permissions to access your calendar on your phone. You can check and adjust these permissions in your phone's settings. 5. While the ability to change the color of individual entries may not be available in the new Outlook calendar, you can still customize the view and organize your events by using different calendar views for example day, week, month. With the above steps you should be able to link your Samsung S24 Plus Mobile Phone to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar and access your events and appointments on the go. ...because Microsoft did an absolutely **** job on 'new' Outlook. It is a joke, and MS 'support' sucks.

Hello Vern, Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community. My name is Abu and I'm here to assist you to the best of my ability. Below are the steps to take when using the new Outlook to change indivudual day entries and different titles. 1. To categorize entries First and foremost sign in to your Outlook Navigate to the calendar icon on the left menu. Right-click on the entry you want to change the color for. Choose “Categorize” and select the color you want to associate with that entry 2. To customize the Calendar Color Click the gear icon, that is the settings beside your name in the top-right corner of the screen. Select “Options”. Under “Edit your reminder and calendar settings”, choose the specific calendar you wish to modify. Select the color of your choice and click "Save Note by default, all Outlook events have the same color. However, you can use categories to tag your events and display those in the same category with the same color. Assign categories to your entries based on their context , for example, work, personal, meetings. with this even without reading the title of each entry, you’ll immediately know which events belong to which category Feel free to reach out if need any further assistance Give back to the Community.
