Unfortunately, viewing multiple calendars in the "To-Do" view in Outlook 365 is currently not possible. The To-Do Bar only displays tasks and events from your default calendar.
However, I can offer you some alternative solutions depending on your specific needs:
- Overlay or Side-by-Side Calendar Views:
-You can view multiple calendars simultaneously in the main calendar view. -Go to the Calendar section and select the checkboxes of the calendars you want to see. -Choose either "Overlay" mode to layer them or "Side-by-Side" to view them next to each other.
- Create a Master Calendar:
-Combine events from multiple calendars into a single one for easier viewing in the To-Do Bar. -Use the "Copy to Calendar" feature to move events from other calendars to your default calendar.
I understand this might not be the answer you were hoping for, but I hope these alternatives can still help you manage your tasks and events effectively.
I hope this information helps! If I can be of help with anything else, please let me know. I will be glad to answer any other questions that you might have.

2024-02-05T19:23:10+00:00 Hi Bassam,
Unfortunately, Outlook 365 doesn't have a built-in feature to automatically copy new calendar entries from individual calendars to a "Master Calendar." However, there are a few workarounds you can explore:
- Use Overlay View:
This option allows you to see multiple calendars stacked on top of each other, creating a consolidated view. While not technically merging them, it provides a quick overview of events across different calendars.
- Forward events manually:
You can forward individual events from Calendar 1, 2, and 3 to the "Master Calendar." While not automatic, it allows some control over which events appear in the master.
- Consider Microsoft Flow:
This automation tool allows creating custom workflows. You can potentially set up a flow that triggers when a new event is created in any of the individual calendars and automatically creates a corresponding event in the "Master Calendar." However, this option requires some technical expertise.
- Explore Outlook Groups:
If your calendars represent teams or departments, creating an Outlook Group with its own calendar might be a better solution. Members can add events to the group calendar, making it a central point for everyone.
I hope this information helps! If I can be of help with anything else, please let me know. I will be glad to answer any other questions that you might have.

2024-02-05T15:13:25+00:00 @Utkarsh,
I already have option 1 and it's OK.
Ref. option 2: Will new calendar entries in each respective Calendar 1, Calendar 2 & Calendar 3, automatically gets copied to "Master Calendar"...?
