I don't know how to enter my hotmail
Dear Bev Androl,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
According to your description, you were unable to log into your Hotmail account, Because the New Outlook keeps popping up.
I saw that you chose the Classic Outlook for Windows module. In order to better help you solve your problem, I would like to confirm with you first, can you log in your Hotmail in classic Outlook now? Or do you automatically jump to New Outlook when you open Classic Outlook? You can first describe your problem to me in detail so that I can better understand your problem. Thank you for your patience and cooperation
In addition, you can try the following suggestions to solve the problem that the New Outlook keeps popping up. I hope my suggestions can help you.
Depending on the operating system, this toggle button will also be present in the Help option, if you do not find the toggle switch above, you can try to find it in the Help option.
2). Find the folder path on disk C:
C: \Users\Name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\NewOutlookMigration (name is the username of the current system)
Quick way to get there: hold down Win+R, copy and paste in the run window:
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Outlook\NewOutlookMigration
3). Create a txt file and name it handoff.txt
(You don't need to enter anything in the file, make sure the file is empty)
4). Then open Classic Outlook and check whether it can be opened normally.
I hope this information was helpful. If you have any questions, please let me know, I will be happy to help you further.
Have a good day.
Best regards
