    Dear Nikita Jadhav1

Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community

I am aware that you are experiencing an error message while logging into your Dot or Wipro account in outlook, “Your organization needs more information to secure your account.”

I need to confirm something with you regarding your feedback:

What is the domain name of the email account you are using?

Is your email account for business/school use or personal use?

Is your account subscribed to Microsoft 365 Business Edition? Can you provide a screenshot of the login screen so we can look for a suitable way to do this.

Before we go any further, could you please check that there is no “I want to set up an alternative authentication method” option on the page that pops up when you log in? If so, you may want to consider adding more security information to your account, such as receiving phone calls or SMS messages. Alternatively, you can configure the Microsoft Authenticator application for your account and check if you can log in properly.

More information will help me better understand your issue and provide you with a solution that better fits your problem. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

This reply may not directly address your issue, so please feel free to let me know how it goes by replying below.

I wish you all the best
